Specifying a list for a book
- Open the master chapter. Lists for a book must be in the master chapter.
- In the master chapter, create a list that contains the desired specifications.
- In the Book palette, click the Synchronize button. This ensures that the list specifications are added to each chapter.
- Choose View > Show Lists. Choose the currently open book in the Show List drop-down menu.
- Select the text box where you want the built list to display and click Build.
