Guide Manager Pro provides precision controls for creating and editing on-screen guides. You can specify a location for a guide, whether it’s horizontal or vertical, whether it applies to a page or entire spread, a display color, and a view scale at which the guide displays. You can edit, copy, and paste guides; mirror guides; create grids, rows, and columns of guides; create guides from a box; and add bleed and safety guides.

This XTensions software adds the Guides palette to QuarkXPress (Window menu).
